ince a young age, Barry & Shelli Landon have both had great joy and satisfaction by being involved in that creative music process.
*** Barry studied trumpet and is a composer, having studied for the ministry at Oral Roberts University, Augustana College, University of Nebraska, earning his Masters at Sioux Falls Seminary and is an ordained minister.
*** Shelli plays piano, guitar, flute & studied Israeli folk harp and also Concert harp with Lorili Barton of ORU & Beverly Killingsworth at SMU (of Springield, MO Symphony). A member of GMA & ASCAP. She has performed & ministered for TBN, CTN, DAYSTAR, CBN, GODTV, Salem Radio, Oasis Radio, FOX etc.. US Pentagon National Day of Prayer, US Capitol, various State Houses, Israeli Embassy & Knesset, heads of state in China, Malaysia, Embassy of Israel,
*** Shelli studied composition & voice with David Laurent (of Boston Opera Co.) at Brown University. Shelli was also coached by Daryl & Paula Gilbert at Performing Arts center of Leesburg VA. She studied Voice with Penny Laborde (of Juliard & Eastman) , choir directing with Vep Ellis, Dan Felty, David Grothe, guitar with David Steerman, At Rhema BTC, Ullpan Akiva of Netanya Israel, with music coach of Shlamithe Katznelson , Offar.
*** Shelli has performed on the Queen Mary for British Heads of State, & at Council for National Policy, for the US Congress VAT, and sung a National Anthem duet with US Senate Chaplain Barry Black, and performed concerts with pop Gospel composer Doyle Tucker, and performed as a guest of Barbara Fairchild, Anita Bryant, Dino, and other Branson Theater stars and as a concert artist at The Great Passion Play. She was runner up on Disney Stage for American Idol. Her recording and arrangement with Mitch Kiersy at Warner Brother Studios was nominated for a Grammy.
*** Shelli recorded her first album with Dale McCoy, and another at Christian World Studios, She earned a BFA at RISD, a MA and PhD at Rhema/ ORU/ Oxford/ Shalom Theological Seminary. She is also an ordained minister.
